Una B Fraser, MBA, CPM, RCM, ARM, ACM- Treasurer

I have been a member of ACMA for over twelve years and have both the ACM and RCM designations sponsored by ACMA and NACM. With these and other qualifications, it is time that I volunteered on this board to contribute to the ongoing work that the industry changes will require. In a career filled with almost every type of real estate management that includes two decades of condominium management, I am now the manager of a self-managed complex.  I have been fortunate to be part of the stakeholder committees and able to provide feedback to Service Alberta and RECA over the past tumultuous year in our industry and  have come to realize that the self-managed condominium sector in the province may not receive the knowledge that has been promoted to the management companies. This is an area that I would like to explore with the board to find a way to bring those complexes the knowledge and support they should have from our industry and this organization.
