Curtis Siracky, CS Management – President
Curtis Siracky is the President and Owner of CS Management Inc. Mr. Siracky and has been part of the Condominium Community since 2001. He has built extensive knowledge and experience in educating, promoting and working with Condominium Owners, Boards of Directors and Professionals in the Condominium Industry.
He has worked with Condominium Committees, Boards of Directors, Bylaw Review Committees and Developer files. His commitment to the Condominium Industry to help others has been the greatest success in building a successful Condominium Management company.
Mark Mealey, Keystone Grey Property Management – Vice President
Dr. Mark Mealey brings analytical insight and vision to his role as an owner and managing director of Keystone Grey Property Management. His background spans work in marketing, communications, investor-relations consulting, business start-up execution and consulting to the property management and real estate industry. Mark also has an academic background, with an earned PhD in the humanities and over fifteen-years’ experience as a teacher in higher education.
Denise Swain, Ultimate Property Management Inc. – Past President
Denise Swain is president and Owner of Ultimate Property Management Inc. Denise brings with her extensive and varied experience in the Real Estate industry and has been in property management since 1988. Denise has worked as a property manager for all facets of the industry including Condominiums, Commercial, and Residential portfolios. She has extensive experience in the construction and development of properties both in Canada and internationally. Denise has her CPM (Certified Property Manager), ACM (Alberta Condominium Manager) as well as the Alberta Real Estate Broker designations. Prior to purchasing Ultimate Property Management in 2018, Denise was the AVP, for Western Canada for RioCan Real Estate Trust, overseeing Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, of which had properties of mixed use with Commercial and Condominium.
Cindy Hauser, ACMS – Treasurer
Cindy Hauser is an accomplished and energetic Manager/Leader with a solid history of achievement in Condominium Management. Cindy brings over 30 years of exceptional experience in condominium property management plus an additional 8 years experience in rental property administration. Throughout this time Cindy has accumulated a vast knowledge in the construction industry.She obtained the designation of Accredited Condominium Manager (ACM) in 1995. Cindy’s career path is one of consistent success over time with increasingly more complex responsibility in condominium management industry. In addition, she has also served at the executive level as VP Operations of a large Calgary condominium property management firm.
Cindy routinely addresses her client’s needs with a ‘Big Picture’ approach to problem solving and an exceptional sense of urgency. Her clients appreciate her 100% commitment to customer service and find her empathetic skills consistently displayed resulting in a high level of satisfaction as issues are efficiently resolved in a timely manner.
Bev Matthias, Century 21 Platinum Realty – Director
Bev has been in the industry for the past 20 years. She started out as a Resident Manager and has worked hard to be the Property Manager she is now. Bev has been increasing her knowledge in the industry by taking courses toward her RPA (Real Property Administrator in Commercial), and obtained her ACM (Accredited Condominium Manager). She is continuing on courses to fully complete her Real Estate License and working towards her Broker License. Bev is currently on the Board of Directors for ACMA (Association for Condominium Managers of Alberta) and is actively involved with Service Alberta and the changes to the Condominium Property Act and Condominium Manager licensing.
Megan Covert, Keystone Grey Property Management – Director & Membership Chair
Megan Covert spent the first part of her career working for a boutique family law firm over a seven-year period, which developed into a Senior Legal Assistant and Office Manager role. Megan obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Law and Society Degree from the University of Calgary in 2012. Megan is a 5-year volunteer for Beads of Awareness, a not-for-profit organization for women’s micro-finance initiatives in Uganda. In her personal life Megan is also a primary support system for her husband’s bicycle cafe, Bike and Brew, and of course a cyclist! Megan’s career in Condominium management began in 2014 with Keystone Grey. Her Director of Operations position has her utilizing her passion for helping others while troubleshooting the various concerns encountered by a property management company. Megan is excited to both contribute to and be a part of the greater property management industry in Alberta!
Gabrielle Dyck, Braden Equities – Director
Approachable and adaptable, Gabrielle is driven to make a positive impact and to continually improve and innovate. Pairing nearly a decade of property management experience with her positive, levelheaded approach to administration, she is an excellent asset to her clients. In being introduced to the property management industry at an early age, Gabrielle has worked hard to establish her reputation as a strong woman who engages respectfully, cultivates trusting relationships, and actively listens. Gabrielle is currently working toward her RECA Associate’s license and aims to expand her skillset to complement her expertise.
Crystal Deley, ACMS – Director & Accreditation Chair
Crystal joined Accredited Condominium Management in 2000. Seasoned and highly-credentialed, Crystal brings over 30 years of leadership and extensive experience and passion in property and condominium management. Her condominium experience is complemented by many years learning to perfect the “art and science” of customer service.
Highly active in the industry, Crystal is co-founder and Vice-President of the new National Association of Condominium Managers, established to educate, standardize and certify specialists in condominium management in regions across Canada. Top on her list is updating the Association’s national curriculum & textbooks.
Crystal is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (South Alberta Chapter) and a Past President for the Real Estate Institute of Canada, the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Crystal is also a founding member of one of the two Calgary Chapters of the Women’s Presidents Organization (“WPO”). The WPO is a global peer advisory membership organization of women presidents, CEO’s, and managing directors of privately held companies with 145 chapters on 6 continents. Through peer support and problem solving meetings the WPO promotes the advancement of women entrepreneurs in all industries. Members are vetted and must meet the criteria based on revenue (over $1M US annual revenue) and have a well established and respected business.
Crystal also serves on the Condominium Advisory Board to Service Alberta pertaining to the new changes to the Alberta Condominium Property Act and is the founder of and serves on the Steering Committee for the annual Alberta Condominium and Real Estate conference. In June 2018 Crystal won the REIC Emeritus Award in recognition of her longstanding commitment and outstanding contribution to REIC at both the National and Chapter levels. In June 2016 Crystal won the J.A. Weber Award in recognition of her far reaching contribution to the ACR (Alberta Condominium and Real Estate) Conference.
Jeff Taylor, Blueprint Condominium Management – Director & Education Chair
Bringing progressive experience as a principal in the real estate industry, Jeffery Taylor is capable of handling both large and small projects professionally. His work experience cuts across the industries of Oil and Gas, construction management, and contract management. A graduate of Supply Chain Management from the Canadian Armed Forces, Jeffery draws upon his robust knowledge of the field to becoming an industry leader in Condominium Management.
With a blend of entrepreneurial savvy, he co-founded Blueprint Condominium Management Inc. Having over 18 years of combined multi-faceted experience in different industries he has succeeded in rendering quality, tailored, and valuable services to all his clients. Jeffery is a knowledgeable industry expert who strives to make every project a success. He is dedicated to solving their problems and, most importantly offering professional advice to help them make the right decisions.
